The Foundations Program is the culmination of over a decade of education, personal experience, trial and error, and transformation in my own health journey.

From battling burnout and restrictive eating patterns to navigating hormonal imbalances, acne, terrible sleep and learning how to listen to my body, I’ve walked the path of trying everything that didn’t work, until I finally discovered the sustainable strategies that truly supported my health.

Through endless education, I learned what it takes to rebuild my energy, balance my hormones, and create a routine that works with my body— not against it.

This program reflects everything I’ve learned along the way and is the foundations you need to fast-track your own transformation.

Over the years, I’ve helped women break free from restrictive diets, burnout, and health struggles impacting their gut, skin, hormones, energy, and mood. Who is this program for?

The Foundations Program is for women ready to adapt a sustainable, balanced approach to health that fits into busy lives, helping them reclaim their energy, clarity, and confidence to thrive.

How long is the program?

The program runs for 8 weeks, with weekly modules that build on each other. You’ll have video content and workbooks to guide you, and everything is designed to be actionable so you can start seeing results as you go.

How is the program delivered?

The program is delivered across three main platforms: Skool and Notion for all video content and resources, and my mobile tracking app for training and nutrition.

How much does it cost?

The investment for the Foundations program is currently 444 AUD (full price AUD 999). I also offer payment plans to make it easier to get started. I want you to feel empowered to make this investment in yourself and your health.

How much time will it take?

The program is designed to be flexible. I recommend dedicating 1-2 hours per week to watch the videos and complete the workbooks, but you can go at your own pace and revisit the materials as needed. You will also need to make the time for exercise and meal preparation.
